1. Enjoy Your Stay: Relax, unwind, and have a wonderful time! 2. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. 3. No Pets: For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed (unless otherwise agreed upon in advance). 4. No Parties/Events: Parties or large gatherings are not permitted without prior approval. 5. Maximum Occupancy: The property accommodates up to 9 guests. Please do not exceed this limit. Please do not bring more guests than stated on your reservation. 6. Wildlife Caution: This is a natural area—please avoid feeding or approaching local wildlife. There are alligators in the ponds and lagoon at Palmetto Dunes! 7. Respect the Community: Follow all community rules, including beach access and amenity use. 8. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and the community. Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to Sunset. 9. Keep the Property Clean: Please leave the property in a tidy condition. Major cleaning is covered, but extra cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess. 10. Respect the Furniture: Kindly avoid moving furniture and use coasters for drinks to protect surfaces. 11. Garbage Disposal: Dispose of trash in the provided bins. Follow garbage pickup instructions as noted in the guide. 12. Be Mindful of Energy Use: Turn off lights, appliances, and the thermostat when leaving the property. 13. Check-In/Out Times: Check-in after 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Please coordinate with us for any special requests. Early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a $50 additional fee. 14. Report Damages: Notify us immediately of any accidental damages so we can address them promptly. 15. Do Not Reconfigure Locks: Please do not tamper with or reprogram door locks. 16. Medium and Long-Term Stays: Stays of 28 days or longer will require a mid-stay cleaning with an additional fee of $200 per cleaning. Weekly linen & towel service only can be arranged for $50 per service.
