Respect the Community: Follow all community rules, including beach access and amenity use. 8. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and the community. 9. Keep the Property Clean: Please leave the property in a tidy condition. Major cleaning is covered, but extra cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess. 10. Respect the Furniture: Kindly avoid moving furniture and use coasters for drinks to protect surfaces. 11. Garbage Disposal: Dispose of trash in the provided bins. Follow garbage pickup instructions as noted in the guide. 12. Be Mindful of Energy Use: Turn off lights, appliances, and the thermostat when leaving the property. 13. Check-In/Out Times: Check-in after 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Please coordinate with us for any special requests. 14.
